Our Story

Built on Belief.
Driven by Results.

The Betty M. Condra School for Dyslexia Success was founded in 2018 to close a gap families across the Texas Panhandle and South Plains were living with every day: children who could not get tested for a learning difference until it was too late to help them early.

Today, The Condra School for Dyslexia Success serves 145 K-5 scholars with a diagnostician on staff and Certified Academic Language Therapists who deliver individualized, multi-sensory instruction from the very first year of school.

As the first school of its kind in the state of Texas, Condra provides intensive, highly-specialized instruction based on each scholar's strengths — closing gaps while preparing every child to transition to a traditional public school with success and confidence.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

Every decision and classroom interaction at The Condra School for Dyslexia Success is guided by these principles.

🎯

Every Child Can Succeed

A learning difference is never a limit on a child's potential — only on the instruction they've had access to.

🧩

Individualized Instruction

Small groups and personalized plans built around each scholar's own strengths and creative abilities.

🔍

Early Intervention

Testing begins as early as Kindergarten, so support starts years before problems become setbacks.

Confidence & Character

Academic tools matter — but so does the self-esteem and character every scholar needs to keep going.
